The registration amount is 10% of the cost of flats.

The plot area of the EWS, LIG and MIG Category-A flat is 55.00 square, 96.00 square meter and 128.00 square meter respectively. The build-up area of EWS, LIG and MIG Category-A is 33.824 square meter, 58.739 square meter, 65.499 square meter with the estimated cost of 7 Lakh, 14 Lakh and 18.50 Lakh respectively.
