Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) New Scheme launched in Jalandhar, the name of project is Splendid Heights. The application for PUDA scheme are invited from 07th October to 07th November 2014. PUDA is offering 3BHK & 4BHK options in Splendid Heights Project, there are 382 3BHK apartments whose price is 71.90 lakhs and 108 4BHK whose price is 91.90 lakhs.

PUDA has launched new Housing Scheme of ready to move Apartments under the project name " Splendid Heights". The scheme registrations starts from 7th October 2014 and the last date of registration is 7th November.

PUDA has tied up with SPoP, Andhra Bank, OBC and Punjab Gramin Bank to provide the housing loan to the successful applicants for a tenure of upto 15 years within an EMI at just Rs. 1050 per Lakh

To meet with the growing demands of the public, the Jalandhar improvement Trust Jalandhar has been coming up with various Housing Projects from time to time. The Trust has constructed Multistoreyed flats in its various Development Schemes such as JP Nagar, Rishi Nagar (Near Vasant Vihar), Guru Amar Dass Nagar and recently in Guru Gobind Singh Avenue.
