The scheme is open from  20th February 2015 to 20th March 2015 and total 198 flats are on offer.

The registration amount is 10% of the cost of flats.

Three type of flats are offered: MIG-1,2 and 3

MIG-1 : around Rs. 30 lacs

MIG-2: around Rs. 27 lacs

MIG-2: around Rs. 19 lacs
