Chhattisgarh Housing Board(CGHB)

The aim of Chhattisgarh Housing Board (CGHB) is to ensure dwellings with necessary support infrastructure for all its citizens.

The specific objectives of Chhattisgarh Housing Board are :

  • To provide shelter to all homeless rural families on subsidized rates and on priority basis.
  • To assist all the citizens of Chhattisgarh and in particular the rural poor to, secure for themselves affordable dwellings.
  • Remove legal and administrative barriers for robust housing activities in the state.
  • Mobilize resources and ensure increased investments in housing by promoting strong partnerships among public, private, co-private, self-help groups and local government institutions.
  • Promote integrates housing development for the establishment of viable, society and economically integrated communities situated in areas which allow convenient access to economic opportunities as will as health, educational and social facilities.

Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched another housing project at Sector-29 , Naya Raipur with independent houses and flats. The housing project constructed with modern structure includes all kind of facilities and amenities.

The project is situated in Naya Raipur and the township is a furturistic township proposed by the Naya Raipur Development Authority for the Aadministrative Capital of the Chhattisgarh. The project includes 679 independent houses for HIG and MIG category while 2052 EWS, LIG,MIG and HIG are on offer.

Chhattisgarh Housing Board invites the applications for EWS, LIG, HIG, MIG flats and individual houses. The flats are categorized into three categories A, B and C, Type-A flats are in Sector-27, Type-B flats are in sector-29 and Type-C flats are in Sector-29.

Chhattisgarh Housing Board

Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched a new affordable housing scheme in Sejbahar Phrase 2 in Raipur offering a total of 1976 flats HIG, LIG and EWS categories. The registration of the flats starts at 7th October and the last date of registrations is 7th November2014.

There is a special facility for the applicants who are willing to avail the loans, under the Rajiv Loan scheme a loan of up to Rs. 5 Lakh is being offered to the successful applicants at interest rate of just 5% .
