Hapur Pilakhua Development Authority(HPDA)
Hapur Pilakhua Development Authority was established as a second and an independent authority from GDA by U.P. Administration during 1996-97. After keeping in view the geographical, historical and commercial industrial importance and in view of the planned development of NCR. Past many decades Delhi steady population and floating population have undergone an unprecedented increase.
This way Delhi's population has reached a saturation level in proportion to area of Delhi, as a result of which pollution level has increased. At the same time loan on the essential services has increased manifold and also the average speed of transport has decreased very much. Along with the insufficient support of electricity, there is also lack of drinking water because of its excessive and unplanned usage.
