संस्‍था की संक्षिप्‍त जानकारी (About Us) :

राज्‍य की आवासीय समस्‍या के निराकरण हेतु दिनांक 24 फरवरी 1970 को राजस्‍थान आवासन मण्‍डल एक्‍ट संख्‍या-4, वर्ष 1970 के अन्‍तर्गत राज्‍य सरकार द्वारा मण्‍डल की स्‍थापना की गई थी वर्तमान में मण्‍डल का मुख्‍यालय जयपुर एवं वृत कार्यालय जयपुर, जोधपुर, अलवर, कोटा, उदयपुर एवं बीकानेर में स्थित है।
राजस्‍थान आवासन मण्‍डल ने पिछले 42 वर्षों में राज्‍य के 63 शहरों / कस्‍बों में माह सितम्‍बर, 2012 तक उच्‍च आय वर्ग (HIG) के 20,411, मध्‍यम आयवर्ग-ब (MIG-B) के 33,259 मध्‍यम आयवर्ग-अ (MIG-A) के 36,696 अल्‍प आय वर्ग (LIG) के 62,092 एवं आर्थिक दृष्टि से कमजोर आयवर्ग (EWS) के 73,206 कुल 2,25,664 आवासों का निर्माण शुरू कर कुल 2,16,873 आवास पूर्ण किये।

Rajasthan Housing Board launched new housing scheme named as Govind Nagar Housing Scheme 2014 in Rajsamand. Under the Govind Nagar Housing Scheme the board offers 31 duplex flats for Medium Income Group Category- B.

Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for allotment of 80 flats in Kuri Bhagtasani Jodhpur Housing Scheme 2014. The RHB Board offers 80 MIG (G+3) multistorey flats for Medium Income Group, Category-A under Kuri Bhagtasani Housing Scheme in Phrase-2, Pali Road, Jodhpur.

The area of flats is about 74.61 Sq Mtr and the estimated cost of flats starts from 27.20 Lakhs to 33.50 Lakhs.

Rajasthan Housing Board invites applications for allotment of 93 flats in Mansarovar Housing Scheme Jaipur (Mansarovar Yojna) under the self finance scheme year 2014. The housing board offers 93 (B+S+12) multistorey flats for Medium Income Group, category B in Sector 12, Block B, Dwarkapath in Jaipur under the new Mansarovar Housing Scheme.

The estimated super built-up area of offered flats is about 185.83 sq mtr and the estimated cost of flat is Rs. 51.50 Lakh.

Rajasthan Housing Board has launched new housing schemes for EWS, LIG and MIG flats in different localities of Udaipur, Bhilawara, Gulabpura, Dungarpur, Chittorgarh, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Jaipur, Mahala, Churu, Bharatpur, Nainwa, Beawar and Anta. The housing board is offering a total of 2037 flats under the new schemes.
