Rajasthan Housing Board has launched new housing schemes for EWS, LIG and MIG flats in different localities of Udaipur, Bhilawara, Gulabpura, Dungarpur, Chittorgarh, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Jaipur, Mahala, Churu, Bharatpur, Nainwa, Beawar and Anta. The housing board is offering a total of 2037 flats under the new schemes.

Registration for the scheme started on 15th October and the last date of registration is 14th November, 2014.

Madhya Pradesh Housing Board

MP Housing Board invites applications for P+4 storey flats in Bandhavgarh, Satna on the occasion of Diwali. Total 12 flats are offered by the housing board and the flats are under self finance scheme.

The flats has categorized in three types of apartments Type A, B and C. The type of apartment is divided according to the plots size of flats. The last date of registration is 15th November, 2014. The cost of application form is Rs.500/-.

Madhya Pradesh Housing Board

Madhya Pradesh Housing & Development Authority invites application for registration of housing scheme in Sambag Satna. The Board launched 50 HIG flats under the self financial scheme and the name of the scheme is Kripalpur Satna Scheme. The flats are situated at the prime location near to Central Prison.

The closing date of registration is 15th November 2014 and the allotment of the units will held through lottery system.

Madhya Pradesh Housing Board

MP Housing Board invites the applicants for EWS and LIG flats in Sikandra Varashivni, Balaghat . In this scheme, the housing board is offering 91 LIG and 96 EWS flats. Under this housing scheme total 83 EWS and LIG flats are being provided by MP housing board.

Madhya Pradesh Housing Board

MP Housing Board launched LIG and MIG plots and flats in Namtara Colony Nagod. Total 8 flats and plots are being offered by the Housing Board. Total 2 flats hava been offered in the LIG category and 6 plots have been categorized in LIG & MIG Category.

The size of LIG Flats is 80.40 square meter with build up area of 35.45 square meter. The size of LIG Plots is 72.00 square meter and the size of MIG plots is 101.25 square meter.

Registrations are open for Nagod housing scheme and registration ends on 25th October 2014.

Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parishad

After the announcement of affordable housing flats in Nandani & Gangotri Enclave in this month, Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parishad has announced a new scheme of semi-finished apartments in Kanpur under Hanspuram Yojna 2.

Registration for the Hanspuram Yojna 2 will start from October 11, 2014 and end on November 11, 2014.

Chhattisgarh Housing Board

Chhattisgarh Housing Board has launched a new affordable housing scheme in Sejbahar Phrase 2 in Raipur offering a total of 1976 flats HIG, LIG and EWS categories. The registration of the flats starts at 7th October and the last date of registrations is 7th November2014.

There is a special facility for the applicants who are willing to avail the loans, under the Rajiv Loan scheme a loan of up to Rs. 5 Lakh is being offered to the successful applicants at interest rate of just 5% .

Chhattisgarh Housing Board

Chhattisgarh Housing Board is inviting applications for 365 flats in Chittod in Balod District under the Atal Vihar Scheme. The registrations for the scheme starts at 8th October till 7th November 2014. The rate for the flats are fixed and will not be increased in any condition.
